I am a strategy and communications professional with a background in branding, journalism, and design. I have extensive experience working in many different settings and for a range of clients: ad agencies, consulting firms, small businesses, political campaigns, non-profits, and Fortune 100 companies. Design is art with a job to do. Strategy is the art of asking the right question. I like to do both.


I live in Atlanta with my partner and our prosperous (i.e. chunky) orange cat, Truck. I like typography and Wes Anderson movies and R.E.M. and ice cream. I'm good at finding 4-leaf clovers, and I love puzzles of all types. 


My favorite recent project included editing clips from the Barbie movie into a highlight reel featuring a client's major wins from the past year. I got to show the movie internally, and people said "this was somehow both the funniest and saddest thing I've seen all year, a true emotional rollercoaster." Unfortunately we'll all get sued if I put it on my website. (But if we meet in person and you can prove you're not secretly affiliated with Warner Brothers, I will show it to you.)
